A 6-speed manual transmission with overdrive is standard, and a 6-speed programmed transmission with overdrive is nonobligatory. The 135i Convertible is outfitted with a standard 3.0-liter, I6, 300-drive, turbo motor that realizes 19-mpg in the metropolis and 28-mpg on the parkway. A 6-speed manual transmission with overdrive is standard, and a 7-speed manual transmission is discretionary.
